Magnolia House specializes in micro-weddings for up to 34 guests although we can
book events for up to 80 guests.

Couples who come here to get married tend to love the mountains. They also love their people... and spending a long weekend together celebrating their love and commitment to each other with their closest friends and family members feels like the best way to start their life together.
3 days allows for enough time to settle in, enjoy the special moments, catch up with loved ones, and enjoy a super special wedding day event.
When couples get married at our Estate, they rent the
entire property for the duration of the long-weekend. (3 nights).
The experience is not just a wedding day event, it’s a whole wedding weekend that’s loaded with time to connect with family, friends, nature and each other.
Couples get married underneath our majestic trees in a magical garden setting.
Dinner and festivities take place underneath our covered pavilion
whilst taking in the stunning mountain and garden views.

Coordination:

Day of co-ordinator required. Hire your own insured co-ordinator or hire our preferred co-ordinator.

Catering: Caterers must provide a COI and meet our venue protocols by signing a catering contract.

Bartending team must be licensed, insured and provide a COI. Bring your own alcohol allowed as long as your bar team also approve that.

There will be a contract rental agreement in place.

A 40% deposit is required to secure your date.

Liability insurance is required. (approx. $250.00)
