The Magnolia House along with the Magnolia Cottage are rented as one property to offer 7 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and 3 acres of curated gardens. Ideal for a family or friend reunion or gathering, The Magnolia House sleeps up to 14 guests, based on double occupancy per room.
For larger groups of up to 20 guests to gather, our Garden House next door can be secured to sleep an additional 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.

The Magnolia Cottage
The Magnolia Cottage is a quaint & charming hidden gem amidst Asheville area cabin rentals and Hot Springs Airbnbs.
Located on the Magnolia House Estate, just steps from downtown Hot Springs and 10 minutes on foot to the Appalachian Trail, this sweet and cozy cottage retreat promises tranquility and adventure in equal measure.
When you stay at the Magnolia Cottage, the grounds at the Magnolia House are yours to enjoy. With a charming outdoor patio space overlooking our massive Magnolia tree, curated gardens, and a stocked firepit with a mountain vista, you may not want to leave the property during your weekend stay.

Inside the cottage you'll find two king bedrooms complete with a newly renovated bathroom, large walk-in shower, a comfortable living room and a well-appointed mini kitchen. (no stove top but microwave, toaster and coffee pot are provided.)

When guests book the Magnolia Cottage, they will have private use of the entire outdoor Magnolia House estate including use of the fire-pit overlooking the mountains and Pisgah national forest.
The Garden House
Elevate your escape at our sweet mountain home nestled within a serene flower and herb garden, offering lovely mountain vistas, a beautiful outdoor deck for gathering and a large hot tub for soaking.

Inside you will find three curated bedrooms, two bathrooms, and ample space for up to six guests. Puppies (up to 2 well-behaved pups per stay) also welcomed. Pet fee is $45.00
