The Magnolia House is a spacious haven of luxury and delight for large groups of up to 14 guests. With 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, staying here feels comfortable and easeful. We care about your experience when staying with us ... and we pay attention to the details... from placing flowers by each bedside, to fluffing the pillows and choosing soft, luxurious linens for the beds... we want you to feel cared for and super comfortable.
Once the manor house of Hot Springs, the splendid estate
was originally built in 1868 by Colonel James Rumbough for his family. Complete with original plaster ceilings, ornate wooden carved details and stunning wallpaper throughout, the home has a history that's rich in hospitality and old southern grandeur.

When you arrive to stay here, you can just feel that it's a special place.

Featuring over 2 acres of elegantly curated gardens, set amidst stunning mountain views and ancient trees that bewitch the senses, the Magnolia House is a haven for her guests.

For groups that want a larger gathering, you can add the Garden House to your reservation and sleep up to 6 additional guests.
