Hidden in the heart of Hot Springs, NC, Magnolia House Estate is a private, 3-acre, family-owned estate that is just perfect for a long weekend wedding event. All weekend wedding event stays are 4 days and 3 nights.
Once the manor house of Hot Springs, the Magnolia House is a fully restored, Victorian-era home that sits amidst tall trees, manicured gardens, and unbeatable mountain views.
The beauty of this place lends itself to magical, reunion-style wedding gatherings that feel intimate,
luxurious & easeful. On the privacy of the property you feel the quiet beauty of nature & the mountains.
Just a few minutes walk away .... beyond the trees .... there’s the Appalachian Trail, the French
Broad River and the quaint town of Hot Springs.

Wedding Packages
Up to 32 Guests
Accommodations included:

A minimum 3-night stay is required for weekend events.

2 homes house up to 20 guests in 10 bedrooms. Additional guests stay at recommended additional local places.

April 22 - November 7 - for weddings larger than 12 guests
Year- round - weddings for up to 12 guests.

Farm tables and cross back chairs setup under our pavilion for up to 32 guests. Wedding furnishings event setup and breakdown.

White plate-ware and silverware for up to 32 guests.

Additional Details

Preferred vendor list provided although you may also select your own vendors. (Co-ordination,Catering, bar service, photographers, florist, entertainment.). All vendors selected must have insurance.

Day of co-ordinator required. Hire your own insured co-ordinator or hire our preferred co-ordinator.

Bartending team must be licensed, insured and provide a COI. Bring your own alcohol allowed as long as your bar team also approve that.

There will be a contract rental agreement in place.

A 40% deposit is required to secure your date.

Liability insurance is required. (approx. $250.00).. Cancellation insurance is recommended.
