Option 1
weddings for up to 80 guests
Long weekend weddings at Magnolia House evoke a sense of intimacy and quiet luxury - where elegance meets laid back. Our classic esthetic feels simple yet refined.
When couples get married at our Estate, they essentially rent the entire property for the duration of a reunion style weekend wedding. There's time to relax in to it ... and to enjoy all the special moments that come with a momentous gathering ....

For much of the weekend, the estate becomes yours to enjoy privately with up to 20 of your loved ones staying on site with you.

On the big day your additional guests will arrive for a 6 hour co-ordinated wedding event.
​
Packages are priced according to seaason and number of guests per event.
Our larger wedding events (20 - 80 guests) are available mid-April through mid November
This package includes:

Lodging and rental of the entire Magnolia House Estate for 2 night minimum

Private access to the entire 3 acre grounds for additional guests during your 6 hour wedding day event.

Wedding pre-planning ad day of event co-ordination services.

Recommended vendor list.

Co-ordination/management of all onsite vendors on event day.

Event setup and breakdown.

Amplified music permit.

Bar service. Bring your own alcohol at no additional corking fee, Magnolia House team sets up and serves.

Access to first floor indoor bathrooms for all guests.

Option 2
Winter Micro-Weddings
Winter Micro-Weddings at ​Magnolia House are small, intimate, indoor events for up to 12 guests. Winter weddings run from December 1 through to the 1st weekend in April.
Couples get married inside the home, or weather permitting, have an outdoor ceremony.
Delicious, seasonal indoor wedding dinner for 12 is coordinated, served, and cleaned up. Weather permitting, an outdoor evening bonfire will also be tended.

Lodging and rental of the Magnolia House Estate for 2 nights for up to 12 guests (based on double occupancy) in the 7 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom Victorian home.

Private access to the entire Magnolia House grounds for the weekend.

Wedding coordinator - to pre-plan and execute a 4 hour event in collaboration with you.

Coordination of all on-site vendors on the event day.

Long-Weekend Elopement
Rent the private Magnolia House Estate and get married here alone or with your closest family/friends with a 2-night minimum. Up to 20 guests permitted for the ceremony.
Available throughout the year. Pricing based on seasonal rates.
